Gate River Property Solutions LLC (GRPS)

GRPS was founded in 2012 by Retired U.S. Navy Senior Chiefs; Gary Childers and Scott Sossamon, both residing in Orange Park, Florida.

Gary is a devoted Christian and loyal husband and father.  He retains project management expertise, strong leadership skills, and excellent organization abilities.  Gary has completed 26 years of Decorated Naval Service in maintenance management. He possesses his Bachelors of Science degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and is presently working on his Masters of Aeronautical Science degree.  Gary has successfully led the GNCHOMEINVESTORS Company by selecting and purchasing solid real estate opportunities throughout the past four years. 

Gary is currently being mentored by Rick Wheat Educator, CEO and founder of Pinnacle Commercial Group in Jacksonville, FL.

Scott has been involved in the real estate arena since 1991, acquiring his California real estate license.  Although Scott is not practicing as a realtor, he is extremely knowledgeable in all facets of the real estate market and is very creative in structuring win-win scenario’s for buyers and sellers alike. Scott is continually increasing his skills to understand the current state of the market and is able to transition well through continuing education and creative marketing techniques. Scott has been mentored by some of the best in the real estate market and is a real estate "Mastery Student" with his mentors from Fortunebuilders and Susan Lassiter-Lyons from The Investor Insights.

Gary and Scott developed leadership, trust, and loyalty through there 20 plus years of Naval service.  They live the Navy motto of “Honor, Courage, and Commitment”.  These attributes will be carried over to all their business dealings with buyers, sellers, and investors alike.
